.DISCUSSION...

Light southwesterly winds will continue through the next couple of
hours. Winds will shift to the south by this afternoon. Wind
speeds will slightly pick up during the afternoon hours with
expected speeds around 10-15 mph. Through evening hours, winds
will slightly shift to the southeast and weaken. RH values will
remain around 90 to 100 percent through the day. Shower and
thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon through the evening.
Severe potential with these storms is low, however could see
periods of heavy rainfall which could lead to flash flooding.
Mostly cloudy skies will keep high temperatures today in the upper
80s.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................10 percent increasing to 20 percent in the
                    afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 89.
Min humidity........41 percent.

                    winds expected near thunderstorms in the
