Localized wind chill values near zero are possible early this
morning over the far southwest Texas Panhandle and northern South
Plains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

There is a chance of light snow from Wednesday evening through
Thursday morning across the far southwest Texas Panhandle and
northern South Plains. Some light snow accumulations are possible
across the far southwestern Texas Panhandle.
