This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Thunderstorm chances continue this morning, especially off the
Caprock. Chances will return late this afternoon through evening
across the entire region. A few storms this evening may become
severe and will be capable of producing wind gusts up to 70 mph, hail
up to the size of golf balls, and locally heavy rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Triple digit heat will affect most of the region from Wednesday
through at least Friday. A few spots, especially off the Caprock,
may see highs approaching 105 degrees.
