Through 1PM...
A complex of thunderstorms will continue to move south at around
30 mph across the Rolling Plains and extreme southeastern Texas
Panhandle. Most of this activity should remain concentrated
across the eastern Rolling Plains. The stronger storms will be
capable of producing one half to one inch of rainfall along with
wind gusts to 40 mph and small hail.
