.NOW...
Through 5:30 pm...widely scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms will continue to develop across the South Plains,
Rolling Plains and southern Texas Panhandle. Locations lucky
enough to get under a thunderstorm will experience brief heavy
rain, cloud to ground lightning and wind gusts to 45 mph. Several spots
that may experience a shower include in or near Crosbyton,
Roaring Springs, Summerfield and south of Bledsoe. If you can hear
thunder, take shelter inside a sturdy building or a hard-topped
vehicle and wait for the storm to pass.
