Through 9am...

Scattered to widespread showers continue across much of the South
Plains, and will persist through mid Friday morning.
Additionally, a line of storms over eastern New Mexico as of 6:00
AM will progress from west to east across the South Plains
through 9:00 AM. These storms are not expected to be severe, but
are producing heavy downpours which could lead to isolated flash
flooding. The greatest risk of flash flooding is across Parmer
County, where some locations received two to three inches of rain
in the last 24 hours.
