...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN LYNN AND SOUTHERN TERRY
COUNTIES THROUGH 700 PM CDT...

At 626 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles southeast of
Brownfield to 4 miles west of O`Donnell to 13 miles south of
Grassland. Movement was southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Brownfield, O`Donnell, New Moore, and Wellman.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Lubbock Texas.
