...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN DICKENS...NORTHERN
KING...NORTHEASTERN CROSBY AND SOUTHEASTERN COTTLE COUNTIES THROUGH
1130 PM CDT...

At 1053 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 11 miles northwest of
Truscott to 6 miles southwest of Finney to 6 miles northwest of
Mcadoo. Movement was southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Dickens, Guthrie, Grow, Dumont, Finney, Afton, Chalk, and Mcadoo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Lubbock Texas.
