.SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...

A stalled frontal boundary will remain near the Virginia/North
Carolina border through tonight. This frontal system meanders nearby
 through mid-week before. This system eventually moves away to the
southeast as a cold front by Thursday as Hurricane Erin passes well
offshore. Weak high pressure returns Friday into Saturday. Small
Craft Advisories will likely be needed late Wednesday into Friday.
