Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - - Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected through this evening. Some thunderstorms will contain heavy rainfall, with rain amounts of 1 to 2 inches in an hour or two.
