...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Virginia, including the following
  county, Prince William.

* WHEN...Until 815 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 518 AM EDT, Little Bull Run at Artemus Road is currently
    in minor flood with additional gauges in action stage.
    Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. No
    additional rain is expected.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Cannon Branch, Holkums Branch, Broad Run, Youngs Branch, Bull
    Run and Little Bull Run.
    Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
