* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Virginia, including the following
  county, Prince William.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
  be passable. Expect areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 520 PM EDT, Gauge reports along Cedar Run near Aden
    indicated flooding is occurring in the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Fleetwood Drive at Cedar Run.
