morning bringing a wintry mix to much of the region. Another
disturbance may move through the region later in the week. In
between, dry weather and below normal temperatures are expected.
Bouts of precipitation, below normal temperatures, and higher
relative humidity will result in poor burning conditions over the
next several days despite periods of gusty winds.
