.DISCUSSION...
Cold and dry conditions look to continue through tonight with high
pressure nearby. A reinforcing cold front will pass through the area
Thursday delivering a few mountain snow showers and breezy
conditions. Light wintry precipitation chances return Friday as low
pressure passes to the south. High pressure briefly returns this
weekend before a pair of clipper-like systems impact the area
early next week.
Humidity values will recover back into the 90 to 100 percent
range tonight before dropping back into the 40 to 55 percent range
on Thursday. Wind gusts Thursday afternoon will hover between 15
to 25 mph as a dry cold front pushes through. Precipitation
chances return from the south Friday into Friday night. Overall
amounts remain less than a tenth of an inch (liquid equivalent).
