Elsewhere, the growing season has concluded. Gale Watches have been issued for Monday night through Tuesday early evening for the Chesapeake Bay from north of Pooles Island to Smith Point, as well as the tidal Potomac from Cobb Island to Smith Point. A Gale Watch is in effect Tuesday for the Potomac River from Key Bridge to Cobb Island. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
