  Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD...
  Tidal Potomac from Key Bridge to Indian Head MD...

At 322 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated a front, capable of producing
wind gusts to around 25 knots. This front was located along a line
extending from 21 nm northwest of Key Bridge to 25 nm northwest of
Alexandria to 29 nm northwest of Leesylvania State Park, moving east
at 25 knots.

  Key Bridge around 410 PM EST.
  Alexandria, Reagan National Airport, and Tidal Basin around 415 PM
  EST.
  Fort Hunt, Woodrow Wilson Bridge, and National Harbor around 425
  PM EST.
  Fort Washington around 430 PM EST.
  Gunston Hall around 435 PM EST.
