...OCCASIONAL GUSTY WINDS THIS EVENING...

Southeast to south winds may occasionally gust to around 20 knots
this evening over the Upper and Middle Tidal Potomac River, and
over the Chesapeake Bay north of the Bay Bridge. Inexperienced
mariners, especially those in small craft, should exercise caution
and be prepared for locally higher winds and waves.
