At 729 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a front, capable of producing
winds to around 20 knots. This front was located along a line
extending from near Dobbins Island to 10 nm west of Annapolis to
near Reagan National Airport, moving east at 30 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 20 knots and locally
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor.
