...SPORADIC NORTHEASTERLY GUSTS UP TO 20 KNOTS...

A few marine buoys across the lower tidal Potomac River and
Chesapeake Bay have begun gusting to around 18 knots. This may
persist another hour or two until gusts diminish some.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should exercise extra caution if navigating the waters
during this time.
