...GUSTY WINDS LINGER EARLY THIS MORNING...

As winds diminish this morning, there are still some northwest
wind gusts around 20 knots over the middle Chesapeake Bay from
North Beach southward, and in the surrounding bays and
tributaries. These winds continue to diminish after sunrise.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should exercise extra caution if navigating the waters
during this time.
