FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 33 will
  result in frost formation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
  temperatures as low as 28 possible.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Eastern Garrett, Extreme Western Allegany,
  and Western Garrett Counties. In Virginia, Eastern Highland and
  Western Highland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Grant,
  Eastern Pendleton, Western Grant, Western Mineral, and Western
  Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. For
  the Freeze Watch, from late Thursday night through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
