* WHAT...Visibility less than one mile in freezing fog.

* WHERE...Albemarle, Greene, Nelson, Orange, Spotsylvania, Culpeper,
  and Madison Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
  Dense fog with sub-freezing temperatures could cause surfaces to
  quickly become slick.
