* Until midnight EDT.

* At 1059 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Bloody Point
  Light, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Buoy.

  IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
           suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

  Choptank River, Chester River, Eastern Bay, Blackwalnut Point,
  Greenbury Point, Herring Bay, Highland Beach, Sandy Point State
  Park, Severn River, Bloody Point Light, Thomas Point Light, Poplar
  Island, Parsons Island, Pinehurst, Gibson Island, Bodkin Point,
  Chesapeake Beach, Miles River, Love Point, and North Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
