...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Patches of dense fog have developed early this morning, especially
in sheltered valley locations. This fog should lift through 9AM.
Until then, visibility may be locally reduced to a quarter mile or
less.

Motorists should use extra caution, leave extra travel time and
following distance, and use low beam headlights in fog.
