Issued at 229 AM CDT Sun Oct 12 2025 -Seasonably warm temperatures will prevail across the forecast area through the coming week, with dry and settled conditions prevailing. -Unsettled weather, including rain and thunderstorm chances appear possible across the region by late this week and weekend, but uncertainties remain. && .DISCUSSION... Issued at 229 AM CDT Sun Oct 12 2025 No significant changes to advertise to the immediate fcst... Mean H500 ridging wl prevail acrs the Cntrl US thru much of the coming week, w/ asctd sfc high pressure acrs the Midwest/Great Lakes region. Seasonably warm afternoon temps, and dry and settled wx condns wl prevail w/ no appreciable rain chances expected until late this week. Towards the end of the PD and into next weekend, long-term deterministic and ensemble-mean H500 and sfc progs are continuing to advertise a pattern shift towards more widespread rain chances for much of the Natural State. Wl continue to monitor for hazardous wx potential, but for now, uncertainties and variability remain too large for any concrete details. && .AVIATION...
