...The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Arkansas...

  Arkansas River At Toad Suck Lock And Dam Tailwater affecting
  Faulkner and Perry Counties.

  Arkansas River At Morrilton affecting Conway and Perry Counties.

For the Arkansas River...including Dardanelle 1 NE, Morrilton, Toad
Suck Lock And Dam Tailwater, Little Rock, Pine Bluff, Pendleton...
elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

River forecasts are based on current conditions and rainfall
forecasted to occur over the next 24 hours. During periods of
flooding...Evening forecasts are reissued with updated rainfall
forecasts.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO EARLY SATURDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Arkansas River at Toad Suck Lock And Dam Tailwater.

* WHEN...From this morning to early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 275.0 feet, Mobile homes in the Toad Suck Community
  on the right descending bank near the State Highway 60 Bridge are
  threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 269.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 273.6
    feet Wednesday morning.
  - Action stage is 273.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 275.0 feet.

* WHERE...Arkansas River at Morrilton.

* WHEN...From this morning to early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Commercial and industrial establishments
  downstream of the State Highway 9 Bridge are effected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.9
    feet early Wednesday morning.
  - Action stage is 29.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
