.Discussion...

Calm and fair conditions will persist through Friday afternoon
into Friday evening before a cold front moves from north to south
through the state. Expect statewide rain and isolated
thunderstorms Friday night through Saturday evening. Activity will
begin across northern Arkansas, transition into central Arkansas,
and wrap up Saturday evening into Saturday night across southern
Arkansas. Temperatures will be near normal to a few degrees above
normal across the state on Thursday into Friday ahead of the cold
front which will move into the state on Friday, but the cooler air
will not be felt statewide until Saturday into Saturday night.
