...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT TUESDAY...
.DISCUSSION...
Isolated shower ongoing west of the wildfire could produce gusty
outflow winds. Expect showers and thunderstorms across southern
Arkansas to dissipate within an hour or two of sunset. Light and
variable winds expected during the late evening and overnight
hours across the area. By Tuesday morning, winds will be out of
the south/southeast but remain light as high pressure continues to
build into the state. Hi-res models show the possibility for an
isolated shower or thunderstorm on Tuesday afternoon within the
area of the wild fire. Light and variable winds are again expected
on Tuesday night with mostly clear skies. Mainly dry conditions
will persist on Wednesday at the wildfire location with light
south winds.
