While the threat for severe weather is low, a few strong to briefly severe thunderstorms are possible. The primary hazards with the strongest thunderstorms will be damaging winds. Some locally heavy rainfall may result in isolated flash flooding as the ground remains saturated in many areas. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday There is a chance of strong to possibly severe thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon and evening as a cold front moves through. Gusty winds would be the primary concern with stronger storms. Hot and humid conditions are expected to return across Arkansas late this week and into the weekend with heat index values climbing to over 100 degrees for many locations. .Spotter Information Statement...
