The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of southeast New Mexico,
including the following areas, Eddy County Plains and Guadalupe
Mountains of Eddy County and southwest Texas, including the
following areas, Chinati Mountains, Davis Mountains, Davis Mountains
Foothills, Eastern Culberson, Guadalupe Mountains Above 7000 Feet,
Guadalupe and Delaware Mountains, Marfa Plateau and Van Horn and
Highway 54 Corridor.

Rain is diminishing and the flood threat is ending. Please continue
to heed remaining road closures.
