Northeastern Presidio County in southwestern Texas... * Until 745 PM CDT. * At 443 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Alamito Creek is of particular concern, as 2-3 inches of rain has fallen in the headwaters of the creek over the past 3 hours. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
