.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns remain minimal into next week, aside from
gusty and erratic winds that may accompany any thunderstorms that
develop. Relative humidity and 20-ft winds will generally remain
out of critical territory, and ERCs will be on the low side.
Recovery overnight and Tuesday night will be moderate to
excellent.  Relative humidity will bottom out at 19-45% Tuesday
afternoon, and 15-32% Wednesday.
