Fire Weather Planning Forecast for West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
237 AM CST Mon Nov 24 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Overall fire weather concerns remain low, especially given recent
rainfall over portions of our region. Min RH values are expected
to remain above critical thresholds through most of the week, with
ERCs around or below the 50th percentile. 20ft winds shall become
breezy due to a front today and another front late Tuesday into
Wednesday, though the above factors will help limit fire weather
concerns.

For point-specific forecasts please see the Point Fire Weather
Matrix product issued by the Midland/Odessa National Weather
Service Office.
