.DISCUSSION...
Min RH remains above critical 15% through the period, with good
to excellent overnight recovery once more tonight keeping fire
weather conditions out of the forecast. Strong 20-ft winds above
20 mph behind a Pacific cold front tomorrow may pose the risk of
fire spread if any flames are present on the ground and in brush,
despite fuel ERCs remaining below the 50th percentile. Mild
temperatures, chilly nights, and calmer 20-ft winds thereafter
keep fire weather conditions very low, despite very low rain
chances and decreasing atmospheric moisture.
