Fire Weather Planning Forecast for West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
104 PM CDT Tue Sep 2 2025

.DISCUSSION...

The forecast remains unchanged as low fire weather concerns
persist through the period. ERCs remain at or below the 50th
percentile, Min RHs stay above critical thresholds (despite a
drying trend), and winds remain light. These factors, coupled with
good to excellent recoveries, will keep fire weather concerns low
through the period.

Service Office.
