.DISCUSSION...
Below normal temperatures today into mid week along with good
overnight recovery, min RH above critical 15%, and recent wetting
rains keeping ERCs low are all expected to keep fire weather
conditions low. Lightning and gusty erratic winds in showers and
storms this week may still produce fire starts in drier fuels,
especially west of the Pecos River where less rain has fallen in
the last few weeks compared to farther east.
