Fire Weather Planning Forecast for West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
230 AM CST Wed Nov 26 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns remain low. MinRH values remain above critical
thresholds through the remainder of the week, with ERCs around or
below the 50th percentile. Winds generally remain below critical
thresholds Wednesday and Thursday, though become breezy out of the
south Friday afternoon. However, these do not overlap with critical
MinRHs. Overnight recoveries range from moderate to excellent (with
the best recoveries expected by the end of the week through next week).

Matrix product issued by the Midland/Odessa National Weather
Service Office.
