.DISCUSSION...

Hot temperatures and generally dry weather conditions will
continue across the region through Tuesday afternoon. Isolated
afternoon showers and thunderstorms could develop over the higher
terrain of the Davis Mountains, Marfa Plateau, and Big Bend again
this afternoon and Tuesday afternoon. A southerly to southeasterly
wind will generally continue through Tuesday. Min RHs will
generally be above 15% for most locations, except near critical
thresholds over the higher terrain areas of New Mexico and the
Guadalupe Mountains today and Tuesday. Good overnight RH
recoveries are expected for most locations.
