Fire Weather Planning Forecast for West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
153 PM CST Mon Nov 24 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns remain low, especially given recent
rainfall over portions of our region. Min RH values are expected
to remain above critical thresholds through most of the week,
with ERCs around or below the 50th percentile. 20ft winds remain
breezy early this afternoon, but should gradually subside by late
in the afternoon. A cold front will move into the area late
Tuesday night, bringing cooler temperatures on Wednesday.
