.DISCUSSION...

Unseasonably warm temperatures are expected through Friday, after
which a cold front will cool things down a little over the wekend,
accompanied by a chance of rain.  Warmer and drier conditions
return next week.  ERCs will remain and low and Fire Danger low-
to-moderate. Fuel moisture will generally normal to above normal.
Relative humidity will bottom out at 15-33% this afternoon, and
14-31% Friday.  Recovery overnight will be moderate to excellent.
