.DISCUSSION...
The forecast remains unchanged. Low fire weather conditions continue
due to min RHs above 15%, good to excellent overnight recovery, and
relatively light 20-ft winds, despite ERCs largely being in the 50th
to 74th percentile and continued above normal temperatures. Fire
starts from lightning and strong, gusty erratic winds with isolated
daytime storms are possible. However, overall risk of fire spread
remains low. Temperatures gradually cool through this week while
rain chances increase across mainly the western half of the area.
