.DISCUSSION...
Min RH above critical 15% and good overnight recovery with on and
off chances of wetting rains today followed by drier weather but
continued min RH above critical maintain low fire weather
conditions. This week, widespread cloud cover, at least a low to
moderate chance of wetting rains for much of the area northeast of
the Presidio Valley and into Big Bend, and temperatures closer to
seasonable norms will maintain low fire weather conditions. Min
RH above critical throughout the rest of the period and good
overnight recovery, coupled with temperatures closer to seasonable
norms and only a few degrees above average, will offset 20-ft
winds occasionally gusting up to 20 miles per hour during the
afternoon late weekend into early next week and continued dry
fuels with ERCs in the 50th to 74th percentile to maintain low
fire weather conditions.
