.DISCUSSION...
Min RH above critical 15%, good to excellent overnight recovery,
fuel ERCs below the 50th percentile, and wetting rains over
western higher terrain of west Texas and southeast New Mexico as
well as surrounding plains keep fire weather concerns out of
the forecast. Strong 20-ft winds greater than 20 mph for the
middle through end of the week will be offset by cooler temperatures,
min RH staying above critical, and continued good to excellent
overnight recovery, keeping fire weather conditions out of the
forecast into the beginning of the weekend.
