.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather conditions will remain low due to light winds, good
overnight recovery, recent wetting rains maintaining lower ERCs.
There is still some concern in the westernmost parts of the area
from the Sacramento Foothills into the Guadalupe Mountains, where
min RH could fall to near critical and lower afternoon humidities
will better cure fuels.
