.DISCUSSION...

Predominant wind directions will be southwesterly to southerly,
however, storms have already developed along the lee side of the
Sacramentos and may lead to gusty and erratic winds over the next
several hours. Outflow boundaries will dramatically shift winds
out of the southwest if they occur. Storms decay after sunset and
wind gusts also become less frequent. RHs recover to around 50%
overnight. Similar conditions expected tomorrow with isolated
storms developing along the Sacramentos in the afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (45-55 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms early in the
                    afternoon, then chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon.

Min humidity........20 percent.

                    southwest around 6 mph late in the afternoon,
                    then shifting to the south late in the
