.DISCUSSION...

Light south winds less than 10 mph are expected through the
morning and into the afternoon hours. Scattered thunderstorms
developing mid afternoon will continue into early evening,
producing gusty and erratic winds near any of these storms.
Lightning will also pose a threat for additional fire starts. Wind
speeds will again increase late this afternoon into the early
morning hours with south winds increasing to 10-15 mph at the 20
foot level, with a few gusts near 20 mph possible.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (20-30 percent) then becoming partly
                    sunny (60-70 percent). Isolated showers and
                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 101.
Min humidity........23 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........South winds 6 to 8 mph. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon.
Mixing height.......9800 ft AGL increasing to 11300 ft AGL late in
                    the afternoon.
