.DISCUSSION...

Nearby surface observations currently show generally light,
northerly winds. A cold front currently moving through the Permian
Basin will make it to southern Presidio County by late this
morning into early this afternoon. Winds will increase after
sunrise and further increase and become gusty behind the cold
front. Rain chances remain low through the day before increasing
around or after sunsey tonight. Any nearby convection may lead to
erratic wind shifts.
