  in dense fog. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as
  low as 28 possible.

* WHERE...Loving, Ward, and Winkler Counties, and Reeves County
  Plains.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM CST this morning.
  For the Freeze Watch, from late tonight through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
