* Wind: West winds 20 to 25 mph, with higher gusts, and a wind
  shift to the northwest in the early to late afternoon.

* Temperature: 10 to 15 degrees above normal.

* Fuels: Dry.

* Timing: 9 AM MST / 10 AM CST this morning through 3 PM MST / 4
  PM CST this afternoon.

Outdoor burning and activities that cause open sparks or flames
