...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL PECOS COUNTY THROUGH 415
PM CDT...

At 343 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 22 miles east of Fort Stockton to 29 miles
southwest of McCamey to 33 miles north of Sanderson. These storms
were nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

These storms will remain over mainly rural areas of central Pecos
County.

This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 281 and 295.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
