...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Bands of snow will be capable of producing additional
  accumulations up to around 1 inch.

* WHERE...A portion of western Texas, including the Permian Basin.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  remain slick and hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
