Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* IMPACTS...At 10.5 feet, Flooding on agricultural land near the
  river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:00 AM CDT Sunday was 9.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.0
    feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
