The Flood Advisory will expire at 1045 AM CDT this morning for
portions of East Arkansas, including the following areas,
Crittenden, Lee, Phillips and St. Francis, North Mississippi,
including the following areas, DeSoto, Marshall, Tate and Tunica,
and West Tennessee, including the following areas, Fayette and
Shelby.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat.
